CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS (FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE):

- Bitcoin (BTC) payments: All Bitcoin transactions are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE
- Ethereum (ETH) payments: All Ethereum transactions are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE
- Other cryptocurrency payments: All cryptocurrency transactions are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE

CASHAPP PAYMENTS (FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE):
- All CashApp payments are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE
- This includes both individual course purchases and subscription payments made via CashApp

2.2 Blockchain Transaction Finality
By choosing to pay with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible by their technological nature
- Once a cryptocurrency payment is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed
- We have no technical ability to reverse or refund cryptocurrency transactions
- The decentralized nature of blockchain technology makes refunds impossible
- You assume all risks associated with cryptocurrency payment finality


2.3 CashApp Payment Finality

By choosing to pay with CashApp, you acknowledge and agree that:
- CashApp payments are processed as final transactions
- We do not offer refunds for CashApp payments regardless of circumstances
- This policy is clearly disclosed before payment completion
- Alternative payment methods are available if refund eligibility is desired

3. REFUNDABLE PAYMENT METHODS AND SERVICES
3.1 Eligible Payment Methods for Refunds
Refunds may be available ONLY for payments made through:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

- PayPal
- Bank transfers

3.2 Subscription Plans - Limited Refund Eligibility
7-DAY GRACE PERIOD FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS:
- Refunds for subscription plans are available ONLY within 7 days of initial activation
- This applies to monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans
- The 7-day period begins from the date of subscription activation, not purchase
- Partial month refunds are not available after the 7-day grace period

Subscription Refund Conditions:
- Account must not have accessed more than 25% of available content
- No certificates or credentials must have been issued
- Account must be in good standing with no policy violations
- Refund request must be submitted through proper channels

3.3 Individual Course Purchases - NO REFUNDS
NON-REFUNDABLE INDIVIDUAL COURSES:
- All individual course purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE
- This applies regardless of payment method (except cryptocurrency and CashApp which are never re‐
fundable)
- Once course access is granted, no refunds will be provided
- This policy applies to all individual course purchases, including:
- Single course enrollments
- Course bundles and packages
- Specialty certification programs
- Workshop and seminar access
